Georgia Moreno
Co-Owner & Stylist
Georgia is a Nevada native who made the move to Portland in 2021, bringing with her a decade of experience in the hair industry. Early in her career, she discovered her true passion: hair color. Dedicated to mastering both timeless techniques and emerging trends, Georgia is committed to continually refining her craft.
While blonding holds a special place in her heart, she’s one of the rare stylists who genuinely loves the challenge of a great color correction. From natural redheads and dimensional brunettes to bold vivids, Georgia thrives on creating customized color that is shiny, healthy, and designed to grow out seamlessly with minimal maintenance.
For Georgia, the best part of her work is the relationships she builds. She values creating long-lasting connections with her clients — many of whom she considers friends. She prioritizes making every guest feel comfortable in her chair and takes the time to educate them on the right products and routines to maintain their color at home.
When she’s not at the salon, Georgia loves diving into reality TV and pop culture (you’ll never run out of things to talk about in her chair). At home, she spends her time with her three dogs, Gordo, Tito, and Dolly, two cats, Boots and Booger, and her husband Alex— whether they’re trying a new food spot around town or watching true crime documentaries on the couch, she is a true homebody.

Tracey Gustave
Co-Owner & Stylist
Tracey made her way to Portland from Chicago's top-rated salon, bringing with her a strong Midwestern work ethic and over 20 years of experience in the hair industry. Throughout her career, she has reached impressive milestones — but what truly drives her is people.
A natural communicator and genuine people person, Tracey believes that trust is the foundation of every great stylist-client relationship. She takes pride in creating a comfortable, collaborative experience and loves educating her clients on how to style their hair at home. Whether it's refining a routine or finding a look that complements a client's lifestyle, Tracey is passionate about helping people feel confident long after they leave her chair.
A true millennial stylist, Tracey brings an eclectic and versatile skill set to her craft. From precise bobs and sharp, short barber-inspired cuts to dimensional brunettes, lived-in blondes, effortless natural texture, and even playful pops of vivid color - there's very little she can't (or won't) do.
When she's not behind the chair, you can find Tracey training in jiu jitsu, cozying up with her dog , Olive, for a rom-com marathon, or baking delicious treats to share with the people she loves.

Jill Mock
Stylist
With 22 years behind the chair, Jill is a Chicago transplant who now happily calls Portland home. She specializes in razor cuts, curly and wavy hair, low-maintenance color, and clipper + barber work. A true bob lover, shag enthusiast, and lifelong bang supporter, she's passionate about embracing natural texture and creating effortless, lived-in hair that works with you-not against you. Jill offers gender-affirming haircuts in an inclusive, welcoming space where everyone is encouraged to feel like themselves.
Her extensive education includes training at top salons and classes around the world, with experience and inspiration gathered in NYC, London, Italy, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
When she's not behind the chair, you can usually find her outside hiking, biking, paddle boarding, or rowing—or traveling the globe. And every so often, she heads back to Chicago to catch up with her longtime hair clients there.
Jill will be behind the chair Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays starting mid August.

Stylist
Meet Madi! She's a 24 year old queer hairstylist who believes everyone and every body deserves to feel welcome + celebrated in her chair. She's relocating to PDX from Canby and is beyond excited to be joining the First Crush team. Madi loves all things hair, but layered cuts, vivid colors, & lived-in blonding truly have her heart.
When she's not in the salon, you can find her writing, collaging, catching happy hour, listening to all kinds of music, meeting new people, thrifting, or getting outside and soaking up as much of life as possible. She can't wait to see all of your faces (old and new)!

Meet Annaliese — a Colorado-grown hairstylist now calling Portland home, where she lives with her husband, baby girl, dog, and cat. With 14 years behind the chair, she's built a reputation for creating high-quality + low maintenance hair that is effortlessly cool, and grows out seamlessly.
Annaliese specializes in lived-in color and soft razor cuts. Her goal is to create styles with natural movement and texture that feel easy to wear every day. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident without the high upkeep.
Outside the salon, you'll usually find her curled up with a good book or spending time with her family.

Chelsea Savage has been part of Portland's hair scene for over a decade, bringing a thoughtful mix of technical expertise and easygoing energy to every appointment. With experience at some of the city's top salons and years of advanced education, she's passionate about continually growing her craft and helping clients feel like the best version of themselves.
Trained in French layering techniques, straight razor cutting through Bumble and bumble, and advanced styling and texturizing with Toni & Guy, Chelsea loves creating hair with movement, softness, and personality. She specializes in bright, bold blondes-from classic highlights to hand-painted color-and also creates dreamy glossy brunettes packed with dimension. Her favorite part of the job is building real connections with her clients. Chelsea is in the salon Wednesday-Saturday and is accepting new clients!

Stephanie brings a thoughtfully refined approach to hair-balancing an eye for detail with an effortless, lived-in aesthetic. After spending the early years of her career apprenticing and working in San Francisco, she relocated to Portland seven years ago and quickly became known for her laid-back, rock-and-roll inspired style.
Dedicated to continued growth and education, Stephanie regularly travels to train with industry leaders including Bumble and bumble and Toni & Guy, bringing fresh inspiration and techniques back to her clients. She specializes in enhancing natural texture and creating soft, low-maintenance hair that feels elevated but never overdone-think seamless balayage, texturized cuts, and that perfectly undone finish.
